Led the redesign of Sentra’s website as part of a broader brand evolution - transforming it into a marketing- and sales-driven platform aligned with enterprise buyers, go-to-market strategy,
and long-term scale.
Context
Sentra is a fast-growing cybersecurity company operating in the enterprise security space.
Following the closure of a major enterprise customer, the company entered a new business phase - shifting its go-to-market focus toward larger, more corporate organizations.

Challenge
The existing brand and website no longer reflected the company’s maturity or enterprise readiness.
The digital presence needed to support a more corporate sales motion, clearly communicate value to enterprise buyers, and serve as a scalable foundation for future growth.

Role
Brand Owner - responsible for leading the brand upgrade, presenting the rebrand strategy to the board, and driving execution across all platforms.
The website was defined as the first and most critical step in the broader brand transformation.
Approach
Defined a structured, timeline-driven plan positioning the website as a core marketing and sales engine. 
The process began with comprehensive research across brand, product messaging, and real user behavior.

By diving deep into Sentra’s heat maps and usage data, we identified clear patterns of friction in the existing experience. Decorative icons and visual elements attracted a significant share of user clicks, as users assumed they were interactive. This created an invisible usability barrier where visual design unintentionally worked against conversion.

shift the website from a visually expressive brand surface to a focused, intent-driven sales engine.
